Just Smarter Eval (also referred to as "Just Smarter" in
this document) uses only strictly necessary cookies for authentication.
This policy applies to both product surfaces — the batch evaluation
runner at /eval and the multi-model chat interface at
/app. We do not use any tracking, analytics, or advertising
cookies and we do not embed any third-party scripts that would set
cookies on our behalf.

We use browser localStorage and sessionStorage
to remember your UI preferences between sessions. These values are
stored only in your own browser, are not transmitted to our servers,
and do not contain personal data.

Under ePrivacy Directive Art. 5(3) — implemented in Swedish law through Lagen om elektronisk kommunikation 6 kap. 18 § — cookies are exempt from prior-consent requirements when they are "strictly necessary for the provision of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user." The two authentication cookies listed above meet this test: they are required for you to stay signed in and the service cannot function without them. Because we do not set any non-essential cookies, no consent banner is shown.
When you complete a purchase, you are redirected to Stripe Checkout, which sets its own cookies on stripe.com. Those cookies are governed by Stripe's cookie policy, not ours. Similarly, clicking legal links that leave justsmarter.ai may land you on pages hosted by third parties under their own policies.
